Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please fill out the form under the “CONTACT” Tab or email us @shop@alexanderprofitti.com with subject titled “ Item Order Number” and state your issue.
The return address is set by default to our facility.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
Items must be sent back unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all original tags attached.
Swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned with the original hygiene liner in place.
Returns are accepted if we sent out the incorrect sizes or colors.
Items marked as Final Sale or custom-made pieces are not eligible for return.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility.
Store Credit Details Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be issued store credit in the form of a digital gift card equal to the value of the item(s). Store credit expires within 1 year from returned.
